Extreme Hair Makeover

Three homely-looking girls all home for vacation...

A little trip to the hair salon, a little help from mom and dad (o.k. maybe more than a little $$) and the Extreme Hair Makeover was complete...

Thanks Mom and Dad! Bubby won the medal by getting 4 inches taken off! I think she looks fabulous. Hair cuts to me are like boxes of chocolate to other girls. Mmmm Mmmm good.

Lacrosse Pro

I was able to leave work early and watch Scooter play in the championship game for BYU Lacrosse Camp. He was awesome.

Taylor was number 131. In the above pic he is getting in the middle of the action.

This next picture is one of my favorites. That big guy next to Taylor had nothing on him. Scooter was the best:

Scooter was quick to get the ball:

And my spectating was complete with Taylor's goal at the end of the game. Here he is passing everyone to make the goal:

He ended the camp right by getting a Top 11 player from the age group he played with (which was a group above his). Way to go Scooter!!

"I couldn't picture Jen with a girl"- Alli

Our baby was modest and began the ultrasound process sitting Indian-style. The lady had to push on my belly from different angles to get the baby to unfold its legs, leaving us to view this image:

Of course we couldn't decipher the picture, but the lady said that you have to imagine the baby is sitting on a chair and we are sitting underneath the chair looking up.

I was amazed out how much our gummie bear has grown.

Here is a little peace sign action from the boy. We got a good laugh out of it.

We were glad to find out that at least one of our baby's hands has all five fingers! We are excited for our baby boy!

Life with Taylor

More than 3 hours after returning from EFY, Taylor made movement on our couch! Unfortunately he woke up when I was taking the above picture.

We had a great time with Taylor here. We saw "Evan Almighty" and laughed through the entire movie. I think being major Office fans increased our appreciation of Steve Carell. We also went bowling, ordered "expensive" pizza and had a mini-Office marathon. The girls in our primary class were fascinated with him.

I can't believe little Scooter is going to be in high school this year.

They've Arrived

After about three hours of flight delays, Taylor and his friend Jake arrived in Provo. They will be at EFY for one week and then lacrosse the next week. I love having Taylor here!

Makeover

Thanks to the talented Jenni Konkle, and a little computer brilliance from her husband Mason, our blog has undergone a makeover. We love the banner. Thanks guys! It's good to know you are so nice to us... even from far away Texas! :)

So Happy Together

I walked into our second room to find that Tim had set this as our desktop picture. Some may think it is frightening, but this picture says so much to me. For one, the big coke glasses explain my fear of going out in public with my glasses on even to this day. Secondly, Alli's grumpy face. I always knew there was another side to her than the sweet, shy Alli people thought she was growing up. Haha jk bubby. I think most importantly it shows bubby and I together. We have changed in many ways since this photo (thankfully), but I still love her.
